1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, request a demo, configure a workspace, connect an integration, or communicate with our team. This can include your name, work email, company details, account settings, billing and usage records, uploaded content, call and message metadata, transcripts, workflow configuration, and other information you choose to provide.
When you connect third-party services, including Google Workspace, we collect the tokens, account identifiers, permission scopes, and service data needed to provide the connected features you enable.
2. Google Workspace Data
If you authorize Voxistry to access Google Workspace, we use that access only to provide the user-facing integration features you configure in Voxistry, such as sending Gmail messages, reading and organizing mailbox items for an enabled agent or workflow, creating and updating Google Calendar events, checking calendar availability, creating or updating Google Sheets, and finding, creating, copying, or sharing Google Drive files.
Voxistry's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. We do not allow humans to read Google Workspace content unless you ask us to help with a specific issue, it is necessary for security or abuse investigation, it is required by law, or the data has been aggregated and de-identified for internal operations.
You can revoke Voxistry's Google access at any time from your Voxistry integrations settings or from your Google Account security settings. When an integration is disconnected, Voxistry attempts to revoke the provider token and stops using the disconnected service for new actions.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Voxistry; operate AI agents, workflows, integrations, quality review, support, billing, and account administration; communicate with you about your account and services; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
When AI features process your workspace data, they do so to deliver the specific feature you or your workspace administrator configured, such as drafting a response, summarizing an interaction, routing a workflow, or updating a connected business system.
4. Sharing and Transfers
We share information with service providers and subprocessors that help us host, secure, support, and operate Voxistry. We may also share information when you direct an integration or workflow to send data to another service, with your organization administrators, for security and legal compliance, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets with appropriate notice and safeguards.
We require service providers to protect the information they process for us and to use it only for the services they provide to Voxistry.
5. Data Security and Retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. Integration tokens and credentials are stored in protected systems and are not displayed back to users after connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk through access controls, logging, encryption where appropriate, and operational review.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Voxistry, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. Workspace administrators can delete connected integrations and request deletion of account data, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of personal information by contacting us. Workspace administrators may manage user access, connected integrations, and certain retention settings inside Voxistry. If you wish to exercise privacy rights or request deletion of Google Workspace data stored by Voxistry, contact us at privacy@voxistry.com.
If you are an end user of a Voxistry customer, your organization may be responsible for responding to certain privacy requests. We will assist our customers as required by applicable agreements and law.
