1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Voxistry platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for the agents, workflows, prompts, knowledge, messages, calls, integrations, and other activity configured or initiated from your workspace. You must have all rights, notices, consents, and authorizations required to process data through Voxistry and connected services.

3. Connected Services

Voxistry can connect to third-party services such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM systems, helpdesks, communication providers, and workflow tools. When you connect a service, you authorize Voxistry to access and use that service only as needed to provide the integration features and workflows you enable.

You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of each connected service, including administrator approvals, user permissions, acceptable use rules, and any restrictions on regulated or sensitive data.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Voxistry to violate law, infringe rights, send unlawful or abusive communications, bypass consent requirements, scrape or exfiltrate data without authorization, interfere with third-party systems, or misrepresent automated interactions. You must configure AI agents and workflows with appropriate human oversight, customer notices, and escalation controls for your use case.

5. Intellectual Property

The Voxistry platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Voxistry and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Voxistry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Voxistry is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
